A program for working professionals, designed to improve language and communication skills from normal level to advanced level.
The most common form of communication is the spoken word. As speech is an interactive process involving the speaker and the listener, effective communication requires skill in speaking and listening, and in interpreting body language and other non-verbal communication.
Effective speaking and listening is important both in face-to face communication and over the telephone. The course provides knowledge and skills required to speak and listen effectively, and to interpret and use non-verbal communication.
It identifies various barriers to effective listening and looks at the significance of cultural differences.
The program also aims to bridge the gaps in English language among professionals who are in situation , at work & otherwise , which requires them to communicate only in English in any of all situations. It has been designed to increase the proficiency in all facets of English learning: Written, Spoken, reading, grammar & vocabulary
